Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks an experienced sales professional to drive diagnostic sales and customer engagement. You will coordinate demos, trainings, and installations while maintaining strong CRM data and territory plans.

Travel up to 50% is expected with a valid driver’s license. The role offers a remote work arrangement for eligible positions and a base salary in the low to mid six-figures plus incentives, reflecting market norms for this senior regional role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in clinical diagnostics or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Meet annual sales goals in assigned territory in coordination with local team.
• Maintain accurate opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed.
• Deliver sales and support, coordinate product demos, installs, and customer training with manager/mentor support.
• Monitor competitive activities and strategies in the market.
• Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (Power BI, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).
