Job summary

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to lead partnerships with large national distributors across North America. You will shape channel strategy, drive growth, and mentor a field sales team, with remote work and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in channel sales or management within the life sciences industry.
• Experience in managing large channels preferred.
• Demonstrated project management and marketing communications skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business relationships with large national distribution partners.
• Manage and develop a team of direct reports with selling responsibility and quotas.
• Own cadence of regular business reviews with channel partners and scorecards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product positioning and marketing tactics.
• Facilitate trainings and remote product demonstrations to enable partners and internal teams.
