Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end relationship with large national distributors and align on growth priorities.
• Manage and develop a direct-report sales team with quotas and strategies.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners and monitor performance.
• Coordinate product positioning and pricing across supplier portals and channels.
• Provide training and field enablement with remote product demonstrations and support.
