Qualifications

• : Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field and 5-7 years of related experience.
• : ITIL 4 Foundation certification and 6+ years of IT Service Management experience.
• : 3+ years performing change management reviews in a large enterprise environment.
• : Experience with Change Enablement practices (risk assessment, implementation readiness, scheduling & change types).
• : ServiceNow Change Management experience (reviewing change records & using reports or dashboards to monitor work).
• : Experience coaching, training, or providing day-to-day direction to peers or team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational direction to Change Managers and oversee assigned work and service levels.
• Review complex changes for risk, readiness, and governance; ensure documentation and recovery plans are in place.
• Escalate policy decisions or readiness concerns to management as needed.
• Coach and train Change Managers; develop job aids, procedures, and knowledge resources.
• Provide regular updates on workload, risks, and emerging trends; coordinate post-implementation reviews.
