Centene Corporation is seeking a Change Enablement Lead to oversee daily Change Enablement activities, ensure policy compliance, and drive readiness for complex production changes. You will coordinate with Change Managers, manage service levels, and guide escalation decisions to maintain governance and risk controls.

The role requires ITIL/ITSM expertise, 3+ years in change management reviews, and strong coaching skills to develop team capabilities and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field and 5–7 years of related experience or equivalent.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification and 6+ years of IT Service Management experience.
• 3+ years performing change management reviews in a large enterprise environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily operational leadership for Change Enablement review queues and coordinate work priorities.
• Monitor workload, aging, service levels, deadlines, and coverage using ServiceNow data.
• Review and assess complex or escalated production changes for completeness, risk, and readiness.
• Verify change records comply with policies and governance for various change types.
• Work with change owners and teams to ensure complete documentation before implementation.
• Escalate policy decisions or readiness concerns to management as needed.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and knowledge support to Change Managers and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain job aids, procedures, and training materials.
• Coordinate post-implementation reviews for failed or incident-causing changes and track corrective actions.
