Centene Corporation is seeking a Change Enablement Lead to drive enterprise change governance and operational excellence. The role leads Change Managers, oversees review queues, and ensures readiness, risk and compliance across changes from Normal to Emergency.

The position requires ITIL certification, 6+ years of ITSM, and ServiceNow expertise. A flexible work approach includes remote/hybrid options across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field and 5–7 years of related experience.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
• 6+ years of IT Service Management experience.
• 3+ years performing change management reviews in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience with Change Enablement practices (risk assessment, implementation readiness, scheduling & change types).
• ServiceNow Change Management experience (reviewing change records & using reports or dashboards).
• Experience with Incident and Problem Management (identifying change-related incidents).
• Experience coaching, training, or providing day-to-day direction to peers or team members.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily operational leadership for Change Enablement review queues and prioritize work.
• Monitor workload, aging, service levels, deadlines, and coverage using ServiceNow data.
• Review complex or escalated production changes for completeness, risk, and readiness.
• Verify changes comply with policies and governance for various change types and windows.
• Collaborate with change owners and technical teams to ensure documentation before implementation.
• Act as escalation point for policy interpretation and stakeholder questions.
• Escalate policy decisions or readiness concerns to management.
• Provide day-to-day coaching, training, and onboarding support for Change Managers.
• Perform quality reviews and identify coaching needs to improve accuracy.
• Develop job aids, procedures, training materials, and knowledge resources.
• Coordinate post-implementation reviews and track corrective actions to closure.
• Partner with Major Incident and Problem Management to identify change-related incidents.
• Provide regular updates on completed work, risks, and capacity concerns.
• Maintain governance evidence for reporting, audit, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Lead or support Change Enablement initiatives and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.
