Centene Corporation is seeking a Change Enablement Lead in Colorado to drive daily execution and governance of enterprise Change Enablement processes. You will provide operational direction, review complex changes, and mentor Change Managers while coordinating risk, readiness, and incident linkage.

The role requires ITIL expertise, ServiceNow proficiency, and 5–7 years in related ITSM work, with a focus on governance, policy interpretation, and escalation handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field; 5–7 years of related experience.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification required.
• 6+ years of IT Service Management experience.
• 3+ years performing change management reviews in a large enterprise.
• Experience with Change Enablement practices (risk assessment, implementation readiness, scheduling & change types).
• ServiceNow Change Management experience (reviewing change records & using reports or dashboards to monitor work).
• Experience with Incident and Problem Management.
• Experience coaching, training, or providing day-to-day direction to peers or team members.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily operational leadership for Change Enablement review queues and prioritize work.
• Monitor workload, aging, service levels, and coverage using ServiceNow data.
• Review complex or escalated changes for risk, impact, readiness, and recovery planning.
• Ensure change records comply with governance, policies, and lead times.
• Coordinate with change owners to ensure complete, accurate implementation, testing, and communication plans.
• Serve as escalation point for policy interpretation and stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor Change Managers and support onboarding and cross-training.
• Develop job aids, procedures, and training materials.
• Coordinate post-implementation reviews and track corrective actions to closure.
• Partner with Major Incident and Problem Management to identify change-related incidents.
• Provide management with updates on risks, escalations, and capacity.
• Maintain governance evidence for audits and compliance.
