Pride-Health is actively hiring Certified Medical Coders (Remote) for Outpnt & ED coding on a remote, extendable contract. The role focuses on outpatient and ED coding within a hospital setting, with responsibilities across ICD-10, CPT-4, and related codes.

Candidates should have 3+ years of outpatient coding experience, EPIC and 3M/HDS proficiency, and current CCS/RHIA/RHIT/CCP certifications. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate outpatient, and ED medical coding
• Review and assign ICD-10, CPT-4, and related codes
• Ensure compliance with payer, federal, and coding guidelines
• Research and resolve coding-related issues
• Utilize EPIC and 3M/HDS coding applications effectively
