Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Cell Therapy Account Manager to drive adoption of the Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio, focusing on transplant centers, cell therapy programs, and oncology clinics. You will educate providers on AlloHeme value and coordinate implementation with clinical liaisons and stakeholder teams.

You will lead strategic account plans, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate across Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Operations to meet commercial objectives. Remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
• Minimum 10 years sales or strategic account management in healthcare.
• Experience selling into hematology-oncology and transplant markets.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making in complex systems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Management and growth planning.
• Clinical education and belief-building with providers.
• Account activation, implementation, and workflow optimization.
• Contracting support and LSAs coordination.
• Pipeline management and territory planning.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Liaison, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales Ops.
• Travel up to 50-75%+ to cover large geographic territory.
