Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Cell Therapy Account Manager to drive adoption and volume growth of the Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio, focusing on transplant centers and hematology-oncology practices.

You will educate providers on AlloHeme, support program implementation, and drive ongoing utilization through strategic account management. The role collaborates with Clinical Liaisons, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales Operations, reporting to the National Sales Director, Cell Therapy &

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience selling within hematology-oncology or cell therapy markets is highly desirable.
Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making in large healthcare systems.
Willingness to travel 50–75% or more across a large geographic territory.
Proficiency with Salesforce.com and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of customer needs and workflows to expand adoption of CareDx Cell Therapy & Transplant solutions.
Educate clinicians and stakeholders on AlloHeme and related portfolio through clinical discussions.
Lead onboarding and activation activities for AlloHeme implementations and testing solutions.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and growth.
Support contracting and LSAs, removing barriers to adoption.
