Job summary

CareDx is seeking a remote Cell Therapy Account Manager in the United States to drive adoption of AlloHeme and related testing solutions within blood and marrow transplant centers, academic medical centers, and oncology practices. You will educate clinicians, coordinate with medical affairs, and lead implementation and ongoing utilization.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in healthcare sales or strategic account management, strong multi-stakeholder navigation, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management in healthcare.
• Experience selling in hematology-oncology; blood/marrow transplant, cell therapy or CAR-T preferred.
• Proven success selling to large academic medical centers, cancer centers, hospitals and complex systems.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making with physicians, lab leadership and procurement.
• Experience with contracting processes; LSAs or similar agreements preferred.
• Strong strategic account management and territory planning skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and expand adoption of CareDx Cell Therapy & Transplant solutions.
• Build clinical understanding through discussions with physicians, lab leaders and stakeholders; collaborate with Medical Affairs.
• Lead account onboarding, activation and implementation of tests and workflows.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and growth.
• Support contracting activities and remove barriers to implementation.
• Establish partnerships across customer organizations to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and territory plan; forecast opportunities and track milestones.
• Collaborate with Clinical Liaison, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Sales Operations.
