Job summary

CareDx seeks a Senior Cell Therapy Account Manager to drive adoption of the Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio, focusing on blood and marrow transplant centers, academic medical centers, and hematology-oncology practices.

You will educate providers on AlloHeme’s value, support implementation, and manage ongoing utilization through strategic account management. Travel 50–75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in healthcare sales or strategic account management.
• Proven ability to sell clinically within hematology-oncology.
• Experience selling to blood and marrow transplant, cell therapy, or CAR-T programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and clinical workflows to expand adoption of CareDx Cell Therapy & Transplant solutions.
• Lead account onboarding, activation, and implementation for AlloHeme and related testing solutions.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and growth.
• Manage contracting processes and liaise with internal teams to remove adoption barriers.
