Job summary

CareDx is seeking a Cell Therapy Account Manager to drive adoption of the Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio, focusing on blood and marrow transplant centers, academic medical centers, and hematology-oncology practices. You will educate providers on AlloHeme, support program implementation, and sustain utilization through strategic account management.

This role reports to the National Sales Director, Cell Therapy & Transplant, and requires clinical aptitude, strong stakeholder navigation, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in healthcare.
Proven ability to sell clinically within hematology-oncology markets.
Experience with blood and marrow transplant, cell therapy, or CAR-T programs preferred.
Proven success selling into large academic medical centers and complex healthcare systems.
Experience navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making and contracting processes.

Responsibilities

Develop account strategies to drive adoption of CareDx Cell Therapy & Transplant solutions.
Educate providers on clinical value of AlloHeme and related solutions.
Lead onboarding and implementation activities for new testing programs.
Forecast opportunities, manage pipeline, and deliver territory plans.
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and growth.
Travel 50–75% or more to cover a large geographic territory.
