Job summary

CareDx is a leading precision medicine diagnostics company advancing care in transplant, specialty oncology, and cell therapy. This role focuses on educating providers, implementing testing programs, and driving adoption of AlloHeme within complex healthcare environments.

The Cell Therapy Account Manager reports to the National Sales Director and collaborates with Clinical Liaisons, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Operations to meet aggressive growth objectives across blood and marrow transplant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to sell clinically within hematology-oncology.
• Experience selling to blood & marrow transplant, cell therapy, or CAR-T programs is preferred.
• Proven success selling into large academic medical centers, cancer centers, hospitals, and complex healthcare systems.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making with physicians, administrators and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs, workflows, and objectives to drive adoption of CareDx Cell Therapy & Transplant solutions.
• Educate providers on clinical value of AlloHeme and related solutions through scientific discussions.
• Lead onboarding and activation activities for new testing programs and workflows.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand adoption and territory growth.
• Support contracting activities and LSAs with internal stakeholders.
• Identify key stakeholders and build trusted partnerships across customer organizations.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and territory plan with milestones.
• Collaborate with Clinical Liaison, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales Operations to support customer success.
• Travel 50–75%+ to manage a large geographic territory.
