Job summary

AAA is seeking a Claims Team Manager – Casualty for a remote role. You will coordinate and oversee claims activities, lead a team, coach staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry best practices.

Responsibilities include reviewing files for quality, tracking performance metrics, recruiting and developing staff, leading meetings, and supporting organizational goals. Occasional travel may be required; starting pay range is $92,600 to $123,600 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4-6 years Casualty Claims handling preferred; 1-3 years Supervisory experience.
• Advanced organizational, planning and delegation skills are critical.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to effectively lead change; valid Driver's License and state DMV record required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, direct, and oversee claims activities of a team(s).
• Review claim files regularly for quality and monitor performance metrics.
• Coach and counsel employees on performance and maintain customer service standards.
• Lead meetings and collaborate with unit management to communicate goals and reinforce expectations.
• Identify staff development needs and support succession planning.
