Qualifications

• Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• 4-6 years Casualty Claims handling required with Litigation experience.
• 1-3 years Supervisory experience required.
• Advanced organizational, planning and delegation skills are critical.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Review claim files regularly for quality.
• Track and monitor statistical measures and indicators to evaluate performance.
• Coach and counsel employees on performance and development.
• Resolve customer service issues through effective communication.
• Lead meetings with unit management to communicate goals and reinforce performance.
