Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Casualty Evaluator for a remote role with optional office work. The position focuses on owning adjuster responsibilities for injury exposure and handling first/third-party claims up to $50,000 across multiple states, including licensed jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ related work experience.
• 2 years of claims experience or related professional experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assign as owning adjuster when injury exposure is identified.
• Handle both represented and unrepresented first and third‑party cases up to $50,000.
• Work in multiple states and licensed jurisdictions; OK license required.
• Manage simple to moderate auto liability cases involving injury with unrepresented or represented claimants.
• Support Small Claims matters to conclusion and assist in catastrophes when needed.
