CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Casualty Evaluator for a remote role nationwide. You will own low-to-moderate exposure injury claims, including auto liability and some first-party matters, across multiple states with a $50,000 limit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ related work experience.
• 2+ years of claims experience and strong analytical skills.
• Independent work style with good communication and decision making.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and complete job-specific training.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, negotiate, and settle injury claims under $50,000.
• Handle first/third-party auto liability cases with or without representation.
• Make coverage determinations and explain actions to customers.
• Triage work queues and manage claim assignments in the system.
• Support subrogation where applicable and participate in occasional arbitrations.
