Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ relevant work experience.
• 2 years of professional claims experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Strong customer service orientation and English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and extend hours/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own and adjust simple to moderate auto liability cases with exposure under $50,000.
• Handle 1st and 3rd party claims, with or without representation.
• Manage communications by written, phone, and email in a virtual environment.
• Investigate, negotiate, and settle claims; determine coverage where applicable.
• Assist in catastrophe-related activities and subrogation assessment.
