Paradigm is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Case Management Referral Coordinator to support referral operations in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will manage referral requests end-to-end with accurate data entry, proper assignment, and timely communication with customers, including injured workers, payors, clients, providers, and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work from a home-office with high-speed internet.
• Attend meetings in person or by phone as directed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the referral email inboxes.
• Enter and fulfill referrals submitted in ALARISware System.
• Attend ongoing training/calls as needed.
• Decipher geographical locations accurately and make decisions accordingly.
• Handle reopening cases.
• Process any payor, insurer, jurisdiction, claim number or case type changes on an open case.
• Utilize AI tools to support daily tasks and improve output quality.
• Other duties as assigned by the Referral Coordinator Supervisor or the Referral Operations Manager.
