Paradigm is seeking a detail‑oriented Case Management Referral Coordinator to support referral operations within our Workers’ Compensation Solutions in a fully remote setup. You will manage referrals end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy, appropriate assignment, and timely communication with customers including injured workers, payors, clients, providers, and internal teams.

• Bachelor-level degree not required; high school diploma or equivalent accepted.
• Prior experience in customer service or related administrative roles preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Responsabilités

• Manage referral email inboxes and ensure timely processing of referrals.
• Enter, assign, and fulfill referrals in the ALARISware System.
• Participate in ongoing training and calls as needed.
• Interpret geographic locations accurately to make correct routing decisions.
• Handle case reopenings and changes to payor, insurer, jurisdiction, or case type.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and output quality.
• Adopt new technologies per training and company guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
