Paradigm is seeking a detail-oriented Case Management Referral Coordinator to support referral operations in our Workers’ Compensation Solutions unit. This fully remote role handles referrals from start to finish, ensuring accurate data entry, assignment, and timely customer communication.

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with a virtual team to ensure efficient processing of referrals and high-quality service for injured workers, payors,

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft products and basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a remote setup.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual team environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage referral email inboxes.
• Enter and fulfill referrals in the ALARISware System.
• Attend ongoing training and calls as needed.
• Able to decipher geographical locations accurately for referrals.
• Handle reopening of cases.
• Process changes on open cases (payor, insurer, jurisdiction, claim number, case type).
• Utilize AI tools to support daily tasks and adopt new technologies per guidelines.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Referral Coordinator Supervisor or Manager.
