Job summary

Paradigm is seeking a detail-oriented Case Management Referral Coordinator for a fully remote position. You will manage referral requests from start to finish, ensure precise data entry, and communicate effectively with customers, providers, payors, and internal teams.

The role supports an injured workers and healthcare ecosystem, operating in a virtual team environment. The ideal candidate works independently yet collaborates with a remote team, with hours 10a-7p CST Monday–Friday and an hourly

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage referral emails from start to finish with accuracy.
• Coordinate with customers, providers, and payors to ensure timely referrals.
• Maintain data entry quality and timely updates in the system.
• Collaborate with virtual team to process referrals efficiently.
• Attend ongoing training and meetings as needed.
