Job summary

Paradigm is seeking a Case Management Referral Coordinator to support referrals remotely in our Workers’ Compensation Solutions unit. You will manage referrals from start to finish, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain timely communication with customers including injured workers, payors, clients, and providers.

The role emphasizes independence and collaboration within a virtual team, with a strong focus on accuracy, data integrity, and superior customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications such as Microsoft products.
• Knowledge of basic business and customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management.
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to establish interpersonal relationships in a virtual work environment.
• Ability to collaborate and work as a member of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Clear, concise and professional verbal and written communication.
• Ability to maintain a home-office environment with high-speed internet connection and appropriate work privacy.

Responsibilities

• Managing the referral email inboxes.
• Assigning, entering and fulfilling referrals submitted in the ALARISware System.
• Attending ongoing training/calls as needed.
• Able to decipher geographical locations accurately and make accurate decisions based on such.
• Handling of re-opening cases.
• Processing payor, insurer, jurisdiction, claim number or case type changes on an open case.
• Utilizes AI tools to support day-to-day tasks and improve output quality.
• Adopts new technologies as trained and applies them in accordance with guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Referral Coordinator Supervisor or Referral Operations Manager.
