Paradigm is seeking a detail-oriented Case Management Referral Coordinator to support referral operations within our Workers’ Compensation Solutions team in a fast-paced, remote environment. You’ll manage referral requests from start to finish, ensure accurate data entry, proper assignment, and timely communication with customers.

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a virtual team to process referrals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Knowledge of basic business and customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management.
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to establish interpersonal relationships in a virtual work environment.
• Ability to collaborate and work as a member of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Clear, concise and professional verbal and written communication.
• The ability to operate a personal computer for extended periods.
• The ability to gather, synthesize and communicate information accurately (verbally and in writing).
• Ability to maintain a home-office environment with high speed internet connection and appropriate work privacy.
• Ability to attend in person and/or phone meetings as directed.

Responsabilités

• Managing the referral email inboxes.
• Assigning, entering and fulfilling referrals submitted in the ALARISware System.
• Attending ongoing training/calls as needed.
• Able to decipher geographical locations accurately and make accurate decisions based on such.
• Handling of re-opening cases.
• Processing any payor, insurer, jurisdiction, claim number or case type changes on an open case.
• Utilizes AI tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance output quality. Adopts new technologies as trained and applies them in alignment with established processes and guidelines.
• This position may have other duties as assigned by the Referral Coordinator Supervisor or the Referral Operations Manager.
