Paradigm is seeking a detail-oriented Case Management Referral Coordinator to support referral operations in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will manage referral requests from start to finish with accurate data entry, assignment, and timely communication with customers, including injured workers, payors, clients, providers, and internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic business and customer service experience.
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to establish interpersonal relationships in a virtual work environment.
• Ability to gather, synthesize and communicate information accurately verbally and in writing.

Aufgaben

• Managing the referral email inboxes.
• Attending ongoing training/calls as needed.
• Processing payor, insurer, jurisdiction, claim number or case type changes on open cases.
• Utilizes AI tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance output quality.
• Other duties as assigned by the Referral Coordinator Supervisor or the Referral Operations Manager.
