Job summary

Paradigm, a leader in value-based care and specialty case management, seeks a detail‑oriented Case Management Referral Coordinator to support referral operations within our Workers’ Compensation Solutions unit in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

The role manages referrals from start to finish, ensuring accurate data entry, appropriate assignment, and timely communication with customers—injured workers, payors, clients, providers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based applications a must.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills required.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the referral email inboxes.
• Enter and fulfill referrals in the ALARISware System.
• Participate in ongoing training/calls as needed.
• Decipher geographical locations accurately for decisions.
• Handle re-opening cases and changes in payor, insurer, jurisdiction or case type.
• Utilize AI tools to support tasks and improve output quality.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
