Paradigm is an accountable specialty care management organization focused on improving lives of people with complex injuries. This remote role supports referral operations within the Workers’ Compensation Solutions unit, handling referrals from start to finish with accurate data entry and timely communication, while collaborating with a virtual team.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently. Hours are 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and ability to work with little supervision.
• Clear, concise, professional verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Managing the referral email inboxes.
• Assigning, entering and fulfilling referrals submitted in the ALARISware System.
• Attending ongoing training/calls as needed.
• Able to decipher geographical locations accurately and make accurate decisions based on such.
• Handling of re-opening cases.
• Processing any payor, insurer, jurisdiction, claim number or case type changes on an open case.
• Utilizes AI tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance output quality.
• This position may have other duties as assigned by the Referral Coordinator Supervisor or the Referral Operations Manager.
