Paradigm is a leading risk-based care management organization specializing in workers’ compensation solutions. This remote role supports referral operations, ensuring accurate data, timely assignments, and high-quality customer service to injured workers, payors, clients, and providers.

The Case Management Referral Coordinator will manage referrals from start to finish in a fast-paced remote environment, collaborating with a virtual team to ensure efficient processing and exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management.
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to establish interpersonal relationships in a virtual work environment.
• Ability to collaborate and work as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the referral email inboxes.
• Enter and fulfill referrals submitted in the ALARISware System.
• Attend ongoing training/calls as needed.
• Decipher geographical locations accurately and make accurate decisions based on such.
• Handle re-opening cases.
• Process any payor, insurer, jurisdiction, claim number or case type changes on an open case.
• Utilize AI tools to support day‑to‑day tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance output quality.
• This position may have other duties as assigned by the Referral Coordinator Supervisor or the Referral Operations Manager.
