Valeris is seeking a Care Coordinator who will own patient cases from initiation to closure, including benefits investigations, prior authorizations, and assistance program qualification. The role requires strong communication with patients, prescribers, and client stakeholders while maintaining compliance with healthcare rules.

Candidates should demonstrate detail orientation, empathy, and the ability to multitask across calls, emails, and system updates.

• Communicate coverage options and next steps to patients and physicians.
• Coordinate with nurse educators and patient assistance programs as applicable.
• Document all activities in the Lynk system and follow SOPs.
