Valeris is seeking a Care Coordinator to manage patient cases from initiation to closure, handling benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and patient support calls. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and a patient-centric approach.

You will coordinate with nurses, healthcare providers, and payers to ensure coverage, assist with enrollment, and guide patients through the process while maintaining regulatory compliance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare customer service experience is a plus.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own patient cases from initiation to closure, including benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails to resolve patient needs and payer issues.
• Provide personalized case management and coordinate with nurses and healthcare providers.
