Valeris is seeking a Care Coordinator to own patient cases from initiation to closure, handling benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and patient assistance coordination. You will interact with patients, prescribers, and internal teams via calls and email while ensuring accurate, compliant handling of each case.

The role emphasizes ownership, attention to detail, and patient-centered service, with remote work eligibility based on criteria and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service or healthcare is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own patient cases from initiation to closure, including benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
• Perform welcome calls and explain coverage options to patients and physicians.
• Coordinate nurse teaching and patient assistance program communications.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls and triage questions to appropriate resources.
• Document all activities in the Lynk system and adhere to SOPs.
