Job summary

Valeris, Inc. is seeking a patient support coordinator to build trusted relationships with patients, explain benefits, and guide them through care programs. You will work within a team focused on compliant, compassionate service, handling inquiries, and coordinating resources to improve patient access.

The role emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work an 8.5‑hour shift between 8 am to 9 pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with patients by proactive communication and timely services.
• Ensure interactions comply with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Discuss patient needs and payer coverage with empathy and clarity.
• Perform program welcome calls to explain services and resources.
• Explain coverage options and benefits to patients clearly.
• Handle inbound inquiries and de‑escalate issues professionally.
• Document patient enrollment and information in the Lynk system.
• Coordinate shipment of products through patient assistance programs.
