Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and unscripted responses.
• Monitor high call volume, offer care during stressful situations.
• Record call details and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Verify and update customer information to keep records current.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for maintenance.
• Discuss preventative healthcare services with members when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
• Talk and type across multiple screens efficiently.
• Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
