Job summary

Modivcare is hiring a Care Center Representative to respond to emergency and non-emergency alerts from across the country in a fully remote role. You will manage calls with empathy, record details in our CRM, and verify customer information while following strict protocols.

The ideal candidate has 0–1 year of customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends. Training and compliance testing are required, with a starting pay of $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; healthcare contact center background a plus.
• Ability to stay calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive experience.
