Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families nationwide. This fully remote role requires weekend availability, a 3rd shift, and a starting pay of $16 per hour.

You will handle emergency and non-emergency calls, document actions, and maintain confidentiality. Ideal candidates have strong communication, empathy, and the ability to multitask across screens and systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls using protocols to determine priorities.
• Provide compassionate customer support with scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with genuine care.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materials securely.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
