Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to join our remote team. You will respond to alerts, provide compassionate support, and dispatch responses while maintaining accurate records. The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and the ability to work across multiple systems.

Starting at $16/hr, this 2nd-shift, weekend-inclusive position offers remote work with flexible scheduling and Compliance training. Minimum internet speeds required to ensure reliable connectivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Typing speed around 35 WPM; familiar with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor medical alerts and alarm signals with calm, empathetic communication.
• Record call details and dispatches in real-time with accuracy.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues promptly.
• Suggest preventative healthcare services to members.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
• Navigate multiple screens and systems efficiently.
• Complete new hire training and required compliance tests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
