Modivcare is hiring a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role that serves members nationwide. You will answer emergency and non-emergency calls, provide compassionate support, and document interactions across multiple systems with strict confidentiality.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, 0–1 year of customer service experience, weekend availability, and reliable internet. Competitive starting pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Remote capability and reliable internet connection required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with compassionate care.
• Record call details and dispatches into the database in real-time with accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and treat members with empathy and respect.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Inquire about and recommend preventative healthcare services to members.
• Manage access to sensitive materials securely.
