Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, delivering compassionate support nationwide in a fully remote role. You will handle high volumes, document details in real-time, and maintain data accuracy while upholding confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, 0–1 year in customer service, and ability to work weekends. Proficiency with CRM and MS Office is preferred. Internet speeds must meet minimum requirements.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or less of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and real-time responses.
• Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms with empathy.
• Log call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time systems.
• Verify and update customer information to maintain accurate records.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
