The ideal candidate has 0–1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work weekends. The role supports members nationwide with strong communication and technical skills.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms.
• Record call details and dispatches in real-time.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
• Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues.
• Recommend preventative healthcare services to members.
• Navigate multiple screens and systems efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
