This role emphasizes high-volume calls, confidentiality, and strong CRM usage. The position requires 0–1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatch responses.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and real-time responses.
• Monitor alarms and medical alerts and respond to maintain safety.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in the database accurately.
