Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote position. The role involves handling emergency and non-emergency calls, providing compassionate support, and maintaining accurate records.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 0–1 year of customer service experience, with availability for weekends and flexible hours. The position requires strong communication, multitasking across systems, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while assisting members

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or contact center.
Willingness to work weekends, overtime and flexible hours as needed.
Remote capability: stable internet and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Answer emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and not-scripted responses.
Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms with care.
Record call details and dispatch information in real time.
Communicate with empathy, respect and patience with members.
Verify and update customer information in the system.
Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for maintenance.
Suggest preventative healthcare services to members.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive materials.
Talk and type simultaneously across multiple screens and systems.
Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
