Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide compassionate support to members nationwide. This fully remote role requires empathetic communication, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year of customer service experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and the discipline to work weekends and overtime as needed. Training and compliance testing are required before full deployment.

Qualifications

• Remote work requires reliable internet and home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and natural responses.
• Monitor alerts and dispatch responses to ensure timely care.
• Record call details and dispatch information accurately in the system.
