Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts, provide comfort and support, and ensure peace of mind for members nationwide. The role is fully remote with 1st shift and includes weekend work.

You will handle calls, follow protocols, and document interactions in real time while maintaining confidentiality and empathy in potentially stressful situations. Prior healthcare or contact center experience is a plus.

Competenze

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: 0–1 year in customer service, healthcare setting preferred.
Schedules: Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours.
Remote capability: Reliable home internet to meet speeds.

Mansioni

Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, follow protocols to prioritize and dispatch accordingly.
Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with empathy.
Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
Verify and update customer information in the system to keep records current.
Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
