Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts, provide compassionate support, and dispatch responses nationwide in emergencies. This fully remote, 1st shift position requires a Weekend day and starts at $15/hr.

Candidate should live in Florida with 0–1 year of customer service experience and a High School Diploma or GED. You will document call details in real-time, maintain confidentiality, and use CRM systems while assisting members with empathy and accuracy.
