Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families nationwide. The role is fully remote with shifts starting at $15 per hour, requiring weekends and flexibility.

Training and compliance testing are part of the onboarding process. The position emphasizes compassionate communication, accurate data entry, and the ability to manage multiple systems while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting.
• Remote capability with minimum internet speeds of 50Mbps download and 25Mbps upload.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities and dispatch responses accordingly.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms, offering genuine care during potentially stressful situations.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real-time while maintaining focus and accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive experience for members.
