Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and peace of mind to individuals and families across the country during critical moments. This fully remote role lets you make a real difference from home.

You will answer calls, follow protocols, document details in real-time, maintain confidentiality, and support members with empathy. Shifts are 2nd shift only (including one weekend day) with starting pay at $16 per hour.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience in a contact center or healthcare setting preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls per protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with calm, empathetic communication.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Verify and update customer information in the system to maintain accurate records.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively discuss preventative healthcare services with members.
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive materials.
• Complete new hire training and pass required compliance testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
