Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to members nationwide. This fully remote role starts November 30, 2026 and offers 2nd shift coverage with a weekend day requirement.

You'll handle incoming calls, follow protocols, document details in real-time, and maintain confidentiality while delivering empathetic customer service in high-pressure situations. Prior experience is not required, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred in healthcare or contact center.
• Able to work 2nd shift and weekends as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication; empathetic, patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and follow protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high volume alerts and dispatch responses.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time in the database.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials and communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
