Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort, support, and peace of mind to members nationwide. This fully remote role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage high volumes of calls with empathy.

Start date is November 30, 2026, with 2nd shift and a starting compensation of $16 per hour. Weekend coverage and overtime flexibility are required as part of a 2nd shift schedule.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or contact centers.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours.
• Remote capability requires reliable internet and home workspace.

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor alerts and alarms, offering care during stressful situations.
• Record call details and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to members.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Recommend preventative healthcare services to members.
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive materials.
• Navigate multiple screens and systems efficiently.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
