Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide compassionate support to members nationwide. This fully remote role involves handling high-volume calls, documenting details in real time, and ensuring accurate patient information while maintaining confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year of customer service experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting.
• Remote-friendly role with reliable high-speed internet required.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor alerts and alarms, offering care during stressful situations.
• Record call details and dispatch information in real-time with accuracy.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
